About The SANCTUARY
The SANCTUARY is a new arts venue in Philadelphia featuring local and national touring artists. Shows are the second Saturday of the month at 7:30PM. Housed in a newly-renovated church, The SANCTUARY offers a 300-seat main stage and an intimate 75 seat mezzanine stage.
In addition to singer-songwriters, we will host a silent movie night and a magician matinee show for the kids. Click below to see what's in store for 2008!

March 8: Silent Film Night - Join us for a collection of silent films featuring Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin and others with music and sound effects played live as a soundtrack.
March 13: Poetry Reading - In her third collection of poems, "One-Breasted Woman," Susan Deborah King bears witness to a soul's transformation in the wake of breast cancer diagnosis and subsequent mastectomy.
